Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, with its great location and accommodating service. However, the rooms needed some maintenance, were a bit tight, and had an odd odor. The dining options were a bit pricey but offered good quality food with allergen information. The facilities were decent, but there were some minor inconveniences.
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Colorado and Manitou Springs, offering stunning mountain views. The rooms, though near aircon units and too cold for pool use during my stay, were impeccably clean with premium in-room hair products. Service was outstanding with courteous and attentive staff ready to assist. The location is central for activities like visiting Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and more, though there were minor issues with management around roping off areas. The dining experience offered a variety of selections but came with a slightly overpriced fitness center. Overall, a beautiful location with excellent service and clean rooms, despite some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a beautiful location that is perfect for exploring Colorado Springs but is in need of some renovations. The rooms are not well soundproofed, and the distance to restaurants might require additional transportation. The service represents the Colorado community well but could be improved by not constantly asking for room numbers in front of other guests.
